The Historian, Ka Hoʻopaʻa Moʻolelo, keeps news items, awards and certificates, photographs of the Civic Club activities, events and any other souvenir memorabilia pertaining to the Civic Club. Records are kept in an organized fashion, in chronological order, and shared with HCCW members upon request. Ka Hoʻopaʻa Moʻolelo is also the editor for the monthly Hawaiian Civic Club of Wahiawa ... ʻ Anoʻ ai.

Through diligence, individually and collectively, Kūkaniloko is revealed. Her face is known and can be seen. Her story can be told again and again. The intensity of those who care for her is instilled in those who come "to listen so they can see"; and they come from around the world. They desire to feel her warmth; taste the rains that cleanse her; smell the invigorating crisp winds that caress her; see her majesty; and embrace her noble history of which we each are proud descendants; family of these lands. This is Aloha, the greatest truth of all...
